JUSTICE M.NAGAPRASANNA ORAL ORDER The petitioner is before the Court calling in question the proceedings in C.C.No.732/2025 registered for the offence punishable under Section 118(2), 352, 126(2), 118(1), 115(2), 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023. 2. The learned High Court Government Pleader on instructions and verification of the records would submit that the charges have already been framed and is accepted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010476222026 NC: 2026:KHC:42288 CRL.P No. 10304 of 2026 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though charges have been framed, the dispute is essentially between the brothers of the family, the concerned Court be directed to conclude the proceedings expeditiously. 4. In the light of the issue is of the year 2025, I deem it appropriate to infuse finality into the proceedings with a direction to the concerned Court to dispose the proceedings, within an outer limit of nine months from the date of receipt of the copy of the order, if not earlier. 5.
