JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 06/03/2026 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner herein is complainant seeking directions of expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending before the Court of Special Judge, SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Cases, Sawai Madhopur in Sessions Case No.40/2021 arising out of FIR No.32/2021 registered Police Station Sadar, District Gangapur City. He further submits that charges were framed in this case on 28.04.2023, but trial is still pending. He further submits that long dates are being given in this matter. Learned counsel further submits that in these circumstances, learned trial Court may be directed to culminate the proceedings at earliest. Considering, overall facts and circumstances of the case, more particularly the fact that despite lapse of more than almost three years, trial is still pending, I deem it just and proper to [2026:RJ-JP:9781] (2 of 2) [CRLMP-1227/2026] direct the learned trial Court to make all endeavour to conclude the trial at earliest preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
