THAKORE Date : 14/09/2026 ORAL ORDER By the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for writ, order or direction to the respondent authority for release the vehicle bearing registration No. GJ-04-AX-4041, which has been seized for the offence of illegal mining. 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader Mr. Angesh Panchal, upon instructions from Shri. B.M. Jalondhara, Geologist, Bhavnagar, submits that a complaint has already been filed in the District Court at Bhavnagar in respect of the vehicle in question. He submits that in view thereof, the petitioner be directed to approach the District Court for the relief as prayed for in the present writ petition. 3. Considering the submissions and the fact that the complaint has already been filed by the respondent- authorities, the petitioner is directed to approach the District Court for appropriate reliefs.
