Hoque, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submitted that there are certain formal defects in the instant writ petition and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with a liberty to re-file. 2. Ms. M. Bhattacharjee, the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondents submitted that she has no objection to the prayer for withdrawal with a liberty to re-file. 3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal. 4.
