This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiffs praying for direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court, Purba Bardhaman, to dispose of the Title Suit No. 26 of 2018, expeditiously. The learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits the defendant/opposite party tried to delay the disposal of the suit by filing frivolous applications time and again. He submits that 25th November, 2026 is fixed for further cross-examination of PW-1. From the order sheets appended to this application, this Court finds that the Presiding Officer has been transferred and 25th November, 2026 has been fixed for further cross-examination of the PW-1. In the light of the submission made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, this civil revisional application stands disposed of with a direction that after the regular Presiding Officer joins, an endeavour shall be made by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 2nd Court at Purba Bardhaman to dispose of the Title Suit 26 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible without granting without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties keeping in mind that the suit is pending from the year 2018.
