Taking note of the above limited submissions, the writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach respondent No.2 – Bank of Baroda for meeting all the [2026:RJ-JP:16168] (2 of 2) [CW-3515/2026] requirements as pointed out in the reply filed by respondent No.2 and to fulfill the KYC norms as mentioned therein.
