The present Appeal has been filed by the Appellant against the judgment dated 09.10.2025 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Fast Tract Special Court (POCSO Act), Sarangarh, Session Khand Raigarh, District Sarangarh-Bilaigarh in Special Criminal Case under POCSO Act No.53/2024 whereby, he has been convicted under Section 5(1) r/w Section 6 of the POCSO Act and sentenced to undergo RI for 20 years and fine of Rs.1,000/- with usual default stipulation. 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the Appellant has filed two Appeals against the same impugned order, one through a learned Counsel appointed under Legal Aid and another through a private learned Counsel. 4.
