According to the petitioner, he is serving as daily wager in Forest Department since 19.07.2020, but his claim for minimum pay scale is not being considered. Thus, feeling aggrieved, petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents to pay prevailing minimum pay scale, including dearness allowance to him, as per recommendation of 7th Pay Commission. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has made a representation, which is on record as Annexure-4 to the writ petition, therefore, the competent authority be directed to take decision thereupon. 5. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the petition is disposed of in terms of prayer made by petitioner’s counsel. 6. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of by directing the competent authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 26.02.2026, as per law, within eight weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
