ORAL ORDER (PER : HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE R. T. VACHHANI)
1. By way of filing captioned petition, the petitioner states that the petitioner and corpus namely Ms. Faijila Chisti have been living in relation since 2025 and further mutually decided to marry with each other and in consideration thereof, Live-in-Relationship Agreement has been executed between them on 23.07.2026. The respondent Nos. 4 and 5 are the father and mother of the corpus respectively and respondent no. 6 is the uncle of the corpus. It is further stated by the petitioner that since corpus disclosed her intention to marry with the petitioner, same was strongly opposed by the contesting respondents and started exerting pressure to get marry with another person. Since the apprehension has been expressed by the corpus that corpus may be forcibly get married to another, the petitioner along with corpus left their place and since then, they have been living together. Thereafter, the contesting respondents along with unidentified persons took away the corpus against her wish and therefore, the petitioner is constrained to file present petition. Page 1 of 2

Since necessary notice came to be issued to the respondents, statement of the corpus have been recorded by the Police Sub- Inspector, Keshod Police Station, wherein, she has stated the factum of having entering into the relationship agreement with the petitioner and have been living with the petitioner. However, further stated that she intents to live with parents. 3. Today the petitioner and contesting respondents were present. The corpus was brought before this court by the police. By getting sense of the corpus regarding her willingness, the corpus has disclosed that she intents to accompany the petitioner. It also appears that the corpus is aged about 20 years and is major and she can take her decision of her own. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the present case, the petition is disposed of accordingly. The corpus be set at free and permitted to accompany the petitioner. The concerned respondent Police authority is directed to protect the safety and liberty of the corpus and do the needful that the parties will safely reach their home and try to see that, no untoward incident will happen. 5.
With this observation and direction, present application stands
disposed of. Learned APP shall inform the concerned police station about the passing of this order. Direct service permitted.
