1. In this Writ Petition, petitioners have sought for a direction to the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners from the subject land without due process of law.
2. Sri. R.S. Ravi, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri. Akarsh Kumar Gowda, learned counsel for the

petitioners, by referring to RTC extracts as well as Annexure-A, submitted that the petitioners are in possession of the land in question and the respondents are interfering with the possession of the land in question, without following due process of law and accordingly, sought for interference of this Court.
3. Per contra, Smt. B.P. Radha, learned Additional Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, submitted that the name of the petitioners have been omitted from the RTC extracts and therefore, it is the duty of the petitioners to challenge modification/omission in the RTC extracts as claimed by the petitioner in the representation at Annexure-G and accordingly, sought for dismissal of the Writ Petition.
4. Having taken note of the submissions made by the
learned counsel appearing for the parties, on careful
consideration of the material on record would indicate that the petitioners are in possession of the land in question. Therefore, it is the duty of the respondent-authorities to follow due process of law before interfering with the land belonging to the

petitioners. In that view of the matter, respondent No.2 is
directed to consider the representation at Annexure-G and take decision in the matter within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Till consideration of the same, no precipitative action be taken by the respondents against the petitioners herein.
