Petitioner has filed this writ petition, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue notices to the respondents, returnable within early date of hearing. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to pay the gratuity, leave encashment and remaining GPF amount total Rs. 1355679/- with interest within stipulated period. 10.3 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent for payment of full pension with arrears to the petitioner within stipulated period. 10.4 That, the Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue any other relief(s)/order(s)/ direction(s) in favour of petitioner, which deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was working as Assistant Engineer and he retired from service after attaining the age of superannuation on 30.06.2025. Respondent no. 2 though has issued a letter for recovery of amount of Rs. 3,87,631/-(Three Lakhs Eighty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty One Only), however, till date the retiral dues of petitioner has not been disbursed in his account and even the full pension is not being paid to him. He also submits that petitioner was paid GPF of Rs. 7,23,719/- (Seven Lakhs Twenty Three Thousand Seven Hundred and Ninteen Only) out of total Rs. 3 / 3 20,79,474/- (Twenty Lakhs Seventy Nine Thousand Four Hundred and Seventy Four only). Petitioner is being in need of money, therefore, direction be issued to concerned respondents to release the entire retiral dues in favor of petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for Respondent-State submits that letter has been issued to petitioner mentioning that recovery is due against petitioner of amount of Rs. 3,87,631/- , therefore entire retiral dues has not been disbursed. She however, submits that in view of submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, as per her instructions respondent authorities will release the undisputed amount within the shortest possible time. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties. 5. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for respective parties, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition at this stage directing respondents to release the undisputed amount in favor of petitioner, within a period of 02 weeks from today and also the pension. 6.
