And In the matter of : Anisur Sk. ……Petitioner. Mr. Arnab Chatterjee Mr. Avik Ghosh Ms. Ankusha Ghosh .....for the Petitioner. Ms. Rajashree Venket Kundalia Ms. Kritika Jain ……for the State. Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the recovery in the present case is 348 grams of heroin from the joint possession of the petitioner and another namely, Maidul Ali. Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail. I have taken into account the locus of the present petitioner which is similar to the other accused who has been granted bail in CRM (NDPS) 979 of 2026. Accordingly, present petitioner namely, Anisur Sk be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Maidul Ali in CRM (NDPS) 979 of 2026. Thus, CRM (NDPS) 1633 of 2026 is allowed. Memo of evidence submitted by the State be kept with the record. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities. (Tirthankar Ghosh, J.)
