Memo of evidence filed in Court be taken on record. 2. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated in this case on the basis of the statement of the co-accused made while in custody. 3. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail for the petitioner on the ground of parity with Soyel Rana who was granted bail by an order passed on March 31, 2026 in CRM (NDPS) 581 of 2026. Nothing was recovered from the possession of the present petitioner. 4. The claim of parity by the petitioner is not disputed by the learned Advocate appearing for the State. 5. Police submitted charge sheet. 6. In such circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory 2 bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, I direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only), with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and on condition that the petitioner shall appear on every date before the jurisdictional Court on and from the date fixed for appearance of the accused and in default, the jurisdictional Court will pass appropriate order to secure the presence of the petitioner in Court including cancelling the anticipatory bail granted without further reference to this Court. 8. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed. 9. C.R.M. (A) 2464 of 2026 is disposed of. (Md. Shabbar Rashidi, J.)
