Petitioner has sought a direction to the Municipal authorities to continue family pension after death of her mother. In this regard, petitioner has made representation. 3. Mr. B.D. Pande, learned counsel appearing for Nagar Palika Parishad assures that decision if already not taken, shall be taken within six weeks. He submits that if petitioner makes fresh representation, the same shall be dealt with as per law. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to make fresh representation. If she makes representation within 10 days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority, as per law, within six weeks thereafter.
