It is further contention of learned State counsel that under the rationalization policy, State Government has constituted three level Committee i.e. District Level Committee, Divisional Level Committee and State Level Committee for considering grievances of teachers against their posting and transfer under rationalization policy. Petitioner has not submitted any representation before Divisional Level Committee. 2. At this stage, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to submit representation before the Divisional Level Committee and direction be issued to concerned Committee to take decision on the representation to be submitted by petitioner within specified time frame. 3. On due consideration of submission of learned counsel for the parties, this petition is disposed of permitting petitioner to submit representation/appeal before appropriate Committee and if such representation/appeal is submitted, the concerned Committee shall consider and take decision on the appeal/representation submitted by petitioner within period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of representation. 4.
