Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition so as to file fresh Writ Petition, as there are typographical errors crept in. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home reported no objection for the same. 5. Permission is accorded. 6 6. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file of fresh Writ Petition, within a period of two (02) weeks, from today, failing which interim order dated 08.05.2026 in WP No.35860 of 2025 shall stands vacated. No order as to costs. 7. Needless to state that the interim order dated 08.05.2026 in WP No.35860 of 2025 will be in force subject to a condition that the fresh Writ Petition be filed within two (02) weeks, from today.
