Affidavit of service filed in Court today be kept with the records. 2. The petitioner is serving as Assistant Teacher of a high school. He alleges that he has not been paid due remuneration for the period from December 9, 2024 to April 3, 2025. His annual increment as was due on July 1, 2025, has also not disbursed. 3. The representation of the petitioner to the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur is pending consideration for more than a year. 4. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he would be covered by the order passed in a similar matter on November 10, 2025 in MAT 1561 of 2025 [Ramsankar Giri vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.]. 5. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioner as it appears that a representation of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the 2 authority, accordingly, the instant writ petition stands disposed of by directing the District Inspector of Schools (SE), Paschim Medinipur to consider and dispose of the petitioner’s representation received on June 13, 2025 strictly in accordance with law upon perusal of the documents submitted by the petitioner in support of his claim and in line with the order passed by the Hon’ble Division Bench in the matter of Ramsankar Giri (supra) at the earliest, but positively within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. 6. If the prayer of the petitioner is allowed, then necessary consequential steps shall be taken by the authority without any further delay. 7. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the subject representation dated June 13, 2025 along with all other supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court. 8. The writ petition stands disposed of. 9. Certified server copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities. (Amrita Sinha, J.)
