Petitioner’s mother was employed as Sweeper in Nagar Palika Parishad, Haldwani-Kathgodam, who died while in service on 03.03.2011. Since petitioner has not been paid family pension, therefore, she has approached this Court seeking direction to the authority to release pension. 3. Mr. Ashish Joshi, learned counsel appearing for Municipal Corporation, Haldwani assures that if petitioner makes fresh representation to the competent authority within two weeks, decision thereupon shall be taken as per law, within four weeks thereafter. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make fresh representation. If she makes representation within two weeks from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority, as per law, within four weeks thereafter.
