The petitioner filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs: i) Issue writ of certiorari order quashing the impugned enquiry proceedings dated 22.05.2026 passed by the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-J to the writ petition; ii) After quashing the impugned Enquiry Proceeding dated 22.05.2026 passed by the 2nd respondent vide Annexure-J, direct the 2nd respondent to consider the request letter dated 22.05.2026 vide Annexure-H - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010356882026 NC: 2026:KHC:40300 WP No. 16253 of 2026 for appointment of advocate in the Departmental Enquiry Proceedings. iii) Pass any other order as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the interest of justice and equity. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will not press prayer No.1. 3. He submits that the direction be issued to respondent No.2 to consider the request letter dated 22.05.2026 vide Annexure-H for appointment of advocate in the Departmental Enquiry Proceedings. 4. Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.2 submits that, respondent No.2 will consider the request letter dated 22.05.2026 vide Annexure-H and permit the Advocate to participate in the Departmental Enquiry on behalf of the petitioner. 5.
