Heard. 2. By way of this petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs : 10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and quashed the proceeding is pending before the respondent no. 3 in Revenue case no. 18 A/ 59 2022-2023 (ANNEXURE P/1). 10.2 Any other relief(s) as the Hon'ble Court may Be deemed to fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that a proceeding is pending before the concerned SDO, Aarang, District Raipur (C.G.) {Respondent No.3} in Revenue Case No. 18A/59 Year 2022-23, which is yet to be decided. She makes a limited prayer to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the concerned authority to decide the subject case within a stipulated 3 period. 4. Learned counsel for the State as well as respondent No. 5 submit that they have no objection if this petition is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No. 3 to consider and decide the pending Revenue Case within a stipulated time frame. 5. Considering the limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this petition with a direction to the concerned SDO to decide the Revenue Case No. 18A/59 Year 2022-23, pending since 2022, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
