The petitioner seeks a direction upon the Prescribed Authority and Block Development Officer, Kaliachak I Development Block, being the 5th respondent herein, to consider the application submitted by him on 25th June, 2026. It appears that the application is yet to be considered. In view of the above, the 5th respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the application submitted by the petitioner on 25th June, 2026 within four weeks from the date of communication of this order upon granting reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner and the private respondent, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the parties within a week thereof. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. There shall however, be no order as to costs. 2 Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to have been admitted.
