Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have filed the present writ application praying for a direction upon the Tribunal for dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioners before the appellate Tribunal. He submits that in the meantime, the appellate Tribunal has excluded the names of the petitioners and disposed of the appeals without any opportunity of hearing and without giving any notice. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for a direction upon the Tribunal for restoration of the appeals and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners to dispose of the said appeal. 3. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 4. The appellate Tribunal is requested to restore the appeals of the petitioners and to dispose of the same as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of this order. 5. WPA 19115 of 2026 is disposed of. 2 6. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
