The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the grievance that the petitioner has been assigned the Census duty but the petitioner is suffering from heart ailment and he is also under treatment and, as such, the petitioner has made a request to the authority along with the medical documents with the request to release him from the Census duty of 2027 but the authorities have not considered the representation of the petitioner. 2. This Court finds that the petitioner has submitted the representation to the respondent no. 12, the Charge Officer, Ward-090 KMC Census-2027 but the same has not yet been considered. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 12 to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner through mail dated July 27, 2026 and at the time of considering the request of the petitioner, if the respondent no. 12 finds that the petitioner is to be sent to the medical board to ascertain with regard to whether he 2 is suffering from any ailment, the respondent no. 12 can send him to the medical board to obtain report and if the respondent no. 12 requests the health authorities for constituting a board for examining the petitioner for his illness, immediately, the authorities shall constitute a Board for examination of the petitioner to ascertain whether the petitioner is suffering from any ailment which he has relied upon in his representation and to submit the report to the Charge Officer and getting the medical report of the medical board if any, constituted, the Charge Officer shall decide the same as early as possible preferably within a week from the date of receipt of this order. 3. WPA 22728 of 2026 is disposed of. 4. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
