It is noted that a Panchanama was drawn and Inventory with the list of moveables was also drawn. The petitioners are seeking quashing of these two proceedings by filing writ petition. The prayer sought in the writ petition cannot be accorded exercising the discretionary powers under writ jurisdiction. The petitioners may approach the appropriate forum if so advised and if the law permits. 5. Accordingly, petition is disposed of. All contentions are kept open.
