The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ahilyapur P.S. Case No. 14 of 2025, registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 126(2), 117(2), 109, 324(4), 333, 303(2), 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that F.I.R has been instituted against ten named accused persons including this petitioner alleging therein that all the accused persons assaulted the informant and his father and brother and took away a sum of Rs. 50,500/- from the shop of the informant. He further submits that there are general and omnibus allegations against all the accused persons. He also submits that five of the co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Sessions Judge. He further submits that grievous injury has been received by the father and brother of the informant on the assault made by Manoj Turi and so far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. On 2026:JHHC:3649 2 these grounds, he submits that the petitioner may kindly be provided privilege of anticipatory bail. 4. Learned counsels for the State oppose the prayer and submit that allegation of assault is there against the petitioner. 5. Looking into contents of F.I.R, it transpires that grievous injury has been received by the father and brother of the informant pursuant to assault made by the accused Manoj Turi and so far as this petitioner is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation. In the attending facts and circumstances, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. 6. Accordingly, the above named, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned court within three weeks from today and in the event of his surrender / arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000/- (twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Giridih, in connection with Ahilyapur P.S.
