By the present petition, the petitioner seeks for the following reliefs: 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for the entire records concerning the case of the petitioner from the possession of the respondent authorities for its kind perusal. 10.2 That, the Hon’ble High Court may kindly be pleased to permit the petitioner to prefer representation before Respondent No. 2, Divisional Joint Director, Bilaspur and also before Respondent No. 3 DEO, Bilaspur and also direct the Respondent No. 02 and 03 to decide the representation of the petitioner for release of 3rd Time Scale Pay with arrears to the petitioner after completion of 30 years of services of the petitioner. 10.3 That, this Hon’ble Court may also kindly be pleased to grant suitable compensation to the petitioner from the respondent-authorities for the mental and physical hardships suffered by him without there being any fault on his part and also grant cost of the petition. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition at this juncture may be disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider and decide the claim of the petitioner, so far as grant of 3rd time bound payscale/kramonnati on completion of 30 years of service in terms of the circulars of the State Government dated 08.08.2018 and 25.01.2021. 3 / 3 3. Learned counsel appearing for the State would submit that they have no objection, if such a direction for deciding the representation of the petitioner is being made to the authorities concerned. 4. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move his fresh representation before the respondents No. 3 & 4 within 03 weeks from today and then the respondents no. 3 & 4 shall ensure that the claim/representation of the petitioner is decided at the earliest, in accordance with the rules governing the field, preferably within 60 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this Court. 5.
