The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No.10287 of 2021, for offence registered under section 386 of IPC, pending in court of learned JMFC-XXI, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has entered into agreement for purchase of land with the complainant and possession and execution regarding land in question was not made and in view of that, the petitioner has sent legal notice to the complainant and thereafter the complaint case has been filed alleging that the petitioner has illegally demanded money. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that the case is arising out of complaint case. 5. Considering that the case is arising out of complaint case and it has been pointed out that the petitioner has sent legal notice for execution of the deed and demand of money which was paid by the petitioner and thereafter the complaint has been lodged, and in that view of that matter, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as learned court may deem fit and proper.
