After arguing the matter at some length, counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if the District Collector, Jaipur is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated 12.12.2023 (Annexure-4) which is pending for disposal for last more than two years. 2. Taking into consideration of this case and the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, the Court feels that ends of justice would meet if the District Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jaipur is directed to consider and decide the application of the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the District Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Jaipur to consider and decide the application of the petitioner dated [2026:RJ-JP:11760] (2 of 2) [CW-5011/2026] 12.12.2023 (Annexure-4) by a reasoned and speaking order as early as possible preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of submitting the certified copy of this order. 4.
