ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: a. Writ of mandamus directing the Respondents not to disposes the petitioner without following the due procedure of law as the Petitioner is in peceaful possession in Sy.No.2 of Uttrahalli Manavarte Kaval, Hosahalli, Bengaluru South Taluk measuring 20 x 30 feet the government notification bearing No. HUD535KHB91 and vide
order of the Deputy Commissioner No.RHS/GR/214/1991-92 17.06.1992 as per RTC Annexure-Al.
b. Issue appropriate Writ directing the Respondents to consider the representations given by this petitioner for issuing Hakku Patra under "ASHRYA SCHEME" as per representations Annexure-Fri at on-16-9-19, Fa dton 25- 9-19, F3 dt on 29-01-2020, Fy dt one 31-01-3033, Fs dt on-01-8-2003, Fo'dt on 02-01-25 F&F dton-11-11-24 & Fy de on-28-11-2024. c. And further be pleased to pass such other order/directions in the circumstances of the present case.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that though the allotment has been made by the respondents of a plot in Survey No.2 of Uttarahalli Manarvarthe Kaval Village, Uttarahalli Hobli, Bangalore South Taluk, measuring 20x30 feet in the year 1992, and that the petitioner is in occupation thereof. The Hakku Patra has not been issued

to the petitioner, and without considering the representations submitted at Annexure-F series on 16.09.2019, 25.09.2019, 29.01.2020, 21.01.2023, 01.08.2023, 02.01.2025, 11.11.2024 and 28.11.2024, the respondents are proposing to evict the petitioner from the aforesaid property.
3. Whenever any representation is submitted by a citizen, it is required for the respondents to consider the same, either accepting or rejecting the representation.
4. Needless to say, in either case, to be accompanied by the reasons. In the present case, nearly nine representations have been submitted from 2019 to 2025, none of them have been answered by the respondents. As such, I pass the following:
ORDER i) Writ petition is partly allowed. ii) Respondents are
directed to consider the representations at Annexure-F series within a period 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this
order.

iii) Needless to say, until orders are passed, the respondents are restrained from taking any coercive steps against the petitioner. iv) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the entitlement of the petitioner.
