The revisional application has been preferred by the wife/petitioner praying for transfer of Matrimonial Suit No.228 of 2025 from the Court of learned Additional District Judge, FTC at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas to the Court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court at Calcutta or any other Court. 3. It is the case of the petitioner/wife that she resides at D/12, Shibayan Apartment, Nowbhanga, Salt Lake City, Sector-IV, P.S. Bidhannagar South, North 24 Parganas, Pin-700105. 4. On the other hand, the opposite party/husband resides at Champahati Halder Para, P.O. Champahati, P.S. Baruipur, District-South 24 Parganas, Pin-743330 and has filed the matrimonial suit in Baruipur Court. 5. Considering the convenience and inconvenience of the parties herein, Matrimonial Suit no. 228 of 2 2025 be withdrawn from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, FTC at Baruipur, South 24 Parganas and be transferred to the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah. 6. The learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah shall proceed with the suit in accordance with law with due notice upon both the parties. 7. Keeping in mind the case of the parties herein, the learned Additional District Judge, Sealdah, shall be at liberty to permit the parties to appear virtually, if such prayer is made. 8. CO 2519 of 2026 stands disposed of. 9. Parties to act on the server copy of this order. 10. Let a copy of this order be sent to the concerned Courts for immediate compliance. (Shampa Dutt (Paul), J.)
