Learned counsel for the applicant states that vide order dated 04.12.2025, this Court has released the entire amount of compensation falling in the share of the applicant alongwith up-to-date interest. In compliance to the aforesaid order, letter dated 28.12.2025 was issued by the Registry of this Court to the HDFC Bank, the Mall Shimla, directing them to release the compensation amount in favour of the applicant. However, no amount has been released in favour of the applicant. Thereafter, Registry of this Court issued reminder letters dated 10.03.2026 & 11.03.2026 to the HDFC Bank, the Mall Shimla. However, till date, no amount has been released in favour of the applicant. Therefore, in the facts and circumstances of the present case, let Manager, HDFC Bank, the Mall Shimla be summoned alongwith complete records of Fixed Deposit Receipt (FDR) No. 50300162582708, dated ...2... 15.09.2016 on 05.05.2026, on taking steps during the course of the day.
