The affidavit-of-service filed by the petitioner be kept with the record. 2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application that the petitioner has made a representation to the District Registrar, Purba Bardhaman with regard to the temporary appointment of the MMR and Kazi at Galsi, District – Purba Bardhaman. 3. In spite of submission of the representation submitted by the petitioner, the authorities have not considered the representation submitted by the petitioner. The petitioner has made an application under Right to Information Act to know whether the authorities have taken any decision to the representation filed by the petitioner. The petitioner has received reply from the office of the District Registrar, Purba Bardhaman under Right to Information Act wherein it is mentioned that no action has been taken with respect of the application submitted by the petitioner dated March 5, 2020 and the application filed by the petitioner is still pending before the office of the District Registrar, Purba Bardhaman. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made the representation in the year 2020 but till date the authorities have not decided the 2 representation submitted by the petitioner and accordingly prays for a direction upon the District Registrar, Purba Bardhaman to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated March 5, 2020. 5. Considered the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 6. The writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3, the District Registrar, Purba Bardhaman to consider and to dispose of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated March 5, 2020 after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 7. WPA 13350 of 2025 is disposed of. 8. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all the necessary formalities. (Krishna Rao, J.)
