Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that as the prayer for anticipatory bail of another accused has been allowed, petitioner has prayed for anticipatory bail. Records of the case reflect that prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected by a Division Bench of this Hon’ble Court on 03.03.2025 in CRM(A) 726 of 2025. Having considered the same, I am of the opinion that no case for fresh consideration arises in view of the specific observations made in the earlier order. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 1795 of 2026, is, thus, dismissed. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
2 Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
