Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is similarly placed as the other accused person who has been granted bail in CRM 1237 of 2026. State has opposed the prayer for bail particularly with regard to the complicity of the present petitioner but is unable to refute that petitioner is not placed as Samir Mondal @ Tapas who has been granted bail. Having considered the same, I direct the petitioner to be released on bail on same terms and conditions as was imposed upon Samir Mondal @ Tapas in CRM (M) 1237 of 2026. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1232 of 2026 is allowed. 2 Memo of Evidence submitted be kept with the record. Mr. Gouranga Kumar Das, learned APP and Mr. Sankalpa Bhattacharjee, learned advocate appear on behalf of the State. Their appointment be regularized by the concerned authorities.
