3. The learned Government Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents would submit that if appropriate time is given, the appeal petition will be disposed of, within the time stipulated by this Court. 4.
In view thereof, this writ petition is ordered on the following terms:- i. The appeal petition of the petitioner dated 29.10.2025 shall be taken up for consideration by the 1st respondent and the same shall be disposed of in the manner known to law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order. ii.
