An order of interim injunction was granted against the respondent. Even after the order of interim injunction, it is the contention of the petitioner that, the respondent continued with the construction. Subsequently, it has been placed on record that immediately upon communication of the order, the respondent stopped the construction. 3. In view thereof, I do not find any wilful disobedience of the order.
