The petitioner is aggrieved that her application for transfer has not been considered by the bank over a period of time. 3. The second grievance of the petitioner is that the Bank should be restrained from initiating any disciplinary proceeding against her in the interregnum. 4. Mr. Sinha, learned Advocate appearing for the Bank submits that there is no comprehensive application made by the petitioner seeking transfer. Multiple applications have been made for multiple reasons on multiple grounds. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be directed to make one comprehensive application for transfer, which the Bank has undertaken to consider and dispose of. 5. In view of the afore-stated, the petitioner is directed to make a comprehensive application for transfer by 21.08.2026. 6. The Bank will dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application. P a g e | 2 7. The petitioner will also be at liberty to give another reply to the notice that has been issued to the satisfaction of the queries made by the Bank. 8. Parties will not disclose their private communications on any social media or in any other digital media in any manner. 9. The consideration of this representation/ application of the petitioner seeking transfer will not create any equity or right in her favor. 10. Since the Court has not gone into the merits of the case, the Bank will deal with the application on its own merits, without being influenced by any observations made in this order. 11. With the afore-stated directions, the writ-petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. 12.
