Mr. Lokesh Sharma, Mr. Rishob Singh Thakur
... For the State.
Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Records reflect that charge-sheet has already been submitted. Learned advocate appearing for the State, on the other hand, opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and draws the attention of the Court to the injury report. I find that charge-sheet was submitted in the year
2021. Petitioner was evading the process of law. However, having regard to the fact that till date the warrant of arrest has not been executed and on assessing the merits of the case, as a last opportunity, petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional court. As such, if the petitioner
2 appears before the jurisdictional court and prays for bail, jurisdictional court will allow the petitioner to furnish bond. This order will remain in force for a period of two weeks from date. Memo of Evidence submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be kept with the record. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM (A) 2680 of 2026, is, thus, disposed of. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
