Majority of the offences complained of are magistrate triable and the petitioner is not the beneficiary of the alleged offences. State has produced the case diary and referred to the role of the petitioner. I find that more than 700 accounts were formulated to aid the offences by the present petitioner. Having considered the role of the present petitioner, I am of the opinion that the petitioner is thickly connected with the offences. As such, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM(M)1395 of 2026 is rejected. Memo of Evidence submitted by the State be kept with 2 the record.
