ORAL ORDER
Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo which reads as under.
“The Petitioner above named most respectfully submits as follows
1. The petitioner has filed the present Criminal Revision Petition challenging the concurrent findings, including the
Judgment and Order dated 26.02.2021 passed by the Learned LXXII Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru (CCH-73) in Criminal Appeal No.25/117/2021, confirming the Judgment of conviction and sentence dated 22.02.2021 passed by the Learned XXXIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Mayo Hall, Bengaluru in C.C. No.54629/2019.
2. The learned Trial Court, while convicting the petitioner for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, directed the petitioner to pay a fine amount of Rs.5,85,000/- in respect of the cheque amount of Rs.5,60,000/-.

3. The petitioner submits that she has already paid a sum of Rs.2,95,000/- before the Trial Court towards the fine amount on the following dates as per the tabular column stated below STATEMENT OF PAYMENTS ALREADY MADE Sl. No. Date Amount Paid

4. The petitioner undertakes to pay the remaining amount of Rs.2,90,000/- in three (3) equal monthly instalments within a period of three months from the date of the order of this Hon'ble Court.
5. The petitioner further undertakes to strictly adhere to the aforesaid instalment schedule and prays that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit payment of the balance amount in three monthly instalments, in the interest of justice and equity.

2. Placing the memo on record, petition stands
disposed of.
3. Amount in deposit is ordered to be withdrawn by the complainant under due identification.
4. It is made clear that if the compensation amount as agreed in the memo is not paid, then the petitioner shall undergo imprisonment as ordered by the learned Trial Magistrate, confirmed by the First Appellate Court.
5. After the payment of entire compensation amount, fine amount of Rs.5000/- ordered to be paid towards the defraying expenses of the State stands set aside.
