These bail applications have been filed on behalf of the accused-petitioners under Section 483 of B.N.S.S. in connection with FIR No. 559/2025 registered at Police Station [2026:RJ-JP:10967] (2 of 3) [CRLMB-3473/2026] Vidyadharnagar, Jaipur City (North), for offence(s) under Sections 190, 109(1), 115(2) and 126(2) of B.N.S., 2023. 2. Learned counsel for the accused-petitioners submits that accused-petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case and the accused-petitioners namely Arman Qureshi & Sohel Qureshi Alias Divilliyars are behind the bars since long and recovery has already been effected. He also submits that the accused- petitioners are not required for further investigation and there are no criminal antecedents registered against accused-petitioner namely, Sohel Qureshi Alias Divilliyars S/o Vakeel Khan. He further submits that the injuries sustained by the injured person are not dangerous to life, so no fruitful purpose would be served by keeping the accused-petitioners in custody and therefore, prays that the accused-petitioners may be granted the benefit of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. 3. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes these bail applications and submits that one case is pending against the accused-petitioner, Arman Qureshi S/o Shri Nawab Qureshi under Section 4/25 of Arms Act. 4. Having regard to the totality of the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the arguments advanced by the learned counsel for the accused-petitioners; the accused- petitioners namely Arman Qureshi & Sohel Qureshi Alias Divilliyars are behind the bars since long and the injuries sustained by the injured person are not dangerous to life. Trial will take its own time. Hence, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits/demerits of the case deems it just and proper to enlarge the accused-petitioners on bail. Therefore, these bail applications under Section 483 BNSS are accordingly, allowed and the accused-petitioners Arman Qureshi S/o Shri Nawab Qureshi & Sohel Qureshi Alias Divilliyars are ordered to be released on bail, provided each of them furnish a personal bond in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- with two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- each to the satisfaction of the trial Court, with the stipulation that they shall appear before that Court and any court to which the matter is transferred on all subsequent dates of hearing and as and when called upon to do so. 6. It is made clear that the accused-petitioner, Arman Qureshi S/o Shri Nawab Qureshi shall not be involved in any other offence(s) during the currency of the bail and he shall mark his presence on 1st and 15th day of every month in the concerned police station. 7. In case of any breach of the aforementioned conditions, the learned Public Prosecutor shall be free to move the application against the accused-petitioner, Arman Qureshi S/o Shri Nawab Qureshi for cancellation of the bail before the concerned Court. 8.
