Sahay, Advocate ---- 2/16.01.2026 Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State. 2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in connection with Sessions Trial No.188 of 2025, arising out of Chhipadohar PS Case No.10 of 2025, registered for the offence under section 309(4) of BNS, 2023, pending in court of learned Additional Sessions Judge III Latehar. 3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the false allegations are made against the petitioner and the petitioner is named in the FIR and the petitioner’s name has come on confessional statement of coaccused and he has been granted regular bail by coordinate Bench in BA No.9528 of 2025 and another coaccused has been granted regular bail in B.A No.9790 of 2025. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025. -2- 4. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent State opposed the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner and submits that name of the petitioner has come on confessional statement. 5. Considering that the petitioner has not been named in the FIR and his name has come on confessional statement and the person who has taken the name of the petitioner has been granted regular bail and the another person also granted regular bail as aforesaid and the petitioner is in custody since 30.05.2025, I am inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of like amount each, to satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge III Latehar, in connection with Chhipadohar PS Case No.10 of 2025.
