Learned advocate for the State submits that earlier order of anticipatory bail was rejected in CRM (A) 3293 of 2024. I find from the records that 25 life bombs were recovered in the present case and the petitioners were part of the same. 2 Having regard to the fact that mere submission of charge-sheet is not change of circumstances, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the present petitioners. Hence, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is Rejected. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2655 of 2026 is dismissed.
