Sri.B.Pradeep., is directed to accept notice for respondent No.3. 2. Notice to respondents No.1 and 2 is dispensed with, in view of the proposed order to be passed. 3. The petitioners are before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: i. Issue a writ of Certiorari by setting side the order passed by the tribunal on IA in MVC No.1043/2012 vide Annexure-E dated 05.02.2026 and consequently direct Karnataka Grameena Bank (Pragathi Krishna Bank) Davangere Devraj Urs layout branch for withdrawal of premature Fixed Deposit for a sum of Rs.1,21,774/- and Rs.95,180/-along with interest. - 3 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010547492026 NC: 2026:KHC:42818 WP No. 25104 of 2026 ii. Issue any other order/Direction which this court deems fit under the facts and circumstances of the case. 4. The petitioner's father, Chandrappa, died in a motor vehicle accident. A claim petition was filed by the petitioner, along with his mother and other siblings, in MVC No.1043 of 2012, which came to be allowed in favour of the claimants. Aggrieved by the quantum of compensation awarded, the claimants approached this Court in MFA No.10171 of 2013, wherein the compensation was enhanced vide order dated 14.12.2015. The petitioner thereafter filed an application seeking release of the amount, which came to be rejected by the impugned order on the ground that, in MFA No.10171 of 2013, there was a direction to deposit the amount in a nationalized, scheduled or Grameena bank until the claimants attained the age of 30 years. It is challenging the said order, the petitioners are before this Court. 5. There can be no infirmity found in the said order passed by the MACT inasmuch as it is the direction issued by this Court in MFA No.10171/2013 which was being implemented. 6. Though the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that marriage having been performed by - 4 - HC-KAR CNR: KAHC010547492026 NC: 2026:KHC:42818 WP No. 25104 of 2026 availing loans and the said amount is required to discharge the loans, the relief sought for by the petitioners cannot be granted in the present writ petition. 7.
