According to petitioner, her father who was employed as Sweeper in Nagar Palika Parishad, Ramnagar, District Nainital, died while in service on 22.12.2008. 3. Since petitioner has not been paid family pension, therefore, she has approached this Court seeking a direction to the competent authority. 4. Mr. B.D. Pande, learned counsel appearing for Nagar Palika Parishad assures that if petitioner makes representation to the competent authority, then competent authority shall examine the issue and pass necessary order. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation. If she makes representation within 10 days from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by the competent authority, as per law, within four weeks thereafter.
