This is the first bail application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant who is apprehending his arrest in connection with Crime No.172/2026 registered at Police Station Pithora, District – Mahasamund (C.G.) under Sections 318 (4), 336, 338, 340, 61(2) and 3 (5) of BNS. 2. At this stage, learned State counsel submits that applicant has not disclosed all the criminal antecedents in the bail application. 2 3. At this learned counsel for applicant submits that, he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file better constituted bail application. 4.
