I have heard the learned counsel on both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that, while the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13779 of 2026 grants anticipatory bail to the petitioner, the concerned satisfaction court was erroneously mentioned as “Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram”, instead of ‘Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram’, due to an inadvertent typographical error. Accordingly, the satisfaction court in the order dated 05.06.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.13779 of 2026, is modified as follows: “7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kancheepuram, on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only), with two sureties each, for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned, and on further conditions:” https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL OP No. 13779 of 2026 4.
