JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI ORAL ORDER The present writ petition is filed seeking the following prayers: “(a) Issue Mandamus direction to the respondent authority to comply the direction issued by the KSTA, in proceedings dated 15-10-2025 decision pronounced on 24-12-2025 marked ANNEXURE-A to the writ petition within 2 weeks from the date of receipt of the order in the above writ petition; (b) To pass such order as deem fit under the circumstances of the case under situation to grant relief to the petitioner in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. When the matter came up on the last occasion, the learned HCGP sought time to get instructions. Considering the submission of the learned HCGP, this court is passing the following: ORDER i. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to take appropriate steps to comply with the directions issued by the KSTA in its proceedings dated 15.10.2025, the decision having been pronounced on 24.12.2025, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. ii.
