Mr. Bandyopadhyay, learned advocate appearing for the WBSEDCL authorities hands up to Court a copy of the postal receipt as well as track report in order to demonstrate that the quotation payable by the petitioner upon revision of the contract demand load in terms of the order of the Grievance Redressal Officer that was communicated to the petitioner on November 4, 2025 has already been served upon the petitioner. The copy of the postal receipt, postal track record and the quotation are taken on record. 2. Mr. Bhattacharya learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that a copy of the track report as well as postal receipt has also been made over to him which indicates that 2 service has been effected but after some reason the petitioner has not received the same. 3. The copy of the quotation has also been produced in Court which shows Contract Demand to be 21084.25 watt. The said quotation appears to be in terms of the order passed by the Grievance Redressal Officer. Therefore the writ petitioner’s grievances do not subsist. 4. However, if the petitioner, has not received the said quotation, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the relevant Station Manager since it has been submitted by Mr. Bandyopadhyay last date for payment of such quotation is September 03, 2026. If the petitioner still remains aggrieved by the quotation, he may take appropriate steps, in accordance with law. 5. In view of the aforesaid, no further order needs be passed in this writ petition. 6. WPA 14714 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
