Petitioner was earlier granted anticipatory bail in CRM (A) 1717 of 2026. Petitioner, being ill, could not appear before the jurisdictional Court within the specified time. As such, petitioner is directed to appear before the jurisdictional Court by 31st August, 2026. In case petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, learned jurisdictional Court would allow the petitioner to furnish bond to its satisfaction. Accordingly, CRM (A) 2735 of 2026 is allowed. 2 All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
